If you are reporting a bug, it helps enormously to include your display name, your device, and the build number shown at the bottom of the Settings screen in the game.

Common questions

How long do I have to take my turn?

24 hours. If you miss it you get a strike and your turn is passed automatically. Two missed turns in a row forfeits the match, so nobody gets trapped waiting in a dead game.

I can't find anyone to play.

Open New match → Challenge board and either accept a posted challenge or post your own with Post a challenge. To play a specific person, use New match → Play online → Create and share the invite code with them. You can also play the AI any time with New match → Practice vs bot.

I lost my games after reinstalling.

RuZe has no accounts. Your identity is stored on the device, so deleting the app deletes it, and there is no way to recover a match history from a removed install. Updating the app is safe; uninstalling is not. We know this is a real limitation and it is on the list.

Is there any way to pay for an advantage?

No. There are no in-app purchases at all in this version, and no advertising. Every faction shares one stat table, so a faction changes who you command, never how strong they are.

How do I delete my data?

Email support@edgeroboticshouston.com with your display name and we will remove your match history, rating, display name and push tokens from the server. See the privacy policy for what is stored.

RuZe also runs at ruze.edgeroboticshouston.com with no install required. It is the same live game and the same opponents.
